Step 1. Create a new folder

1. Right click on your desktop or inside any location where you want the folder to be.
2. Select New.
3. Select Folder.
4. Give the folder a name you will remember.

Step 2. Add your photos and videos

1. Open the folder where your photos and videos are stored.
2. Select the files you want to send.
3. Right click and choose Copy.
4. Open your new folder and right click inside it.
5. Choose Paste.

Step 3. Create a zip file

1. Right click on the folder you created.
2. Select Send to.
3. Select Compressed zipped folder.
4. A new zip file will appear in the same location.

Step 4. Attach the zip file to your email
